Season 2023 – 2024 Trainer Visa Seminars Application Extension Notice

The application period for the Season 2023 – 2024 Ice Hockey Trainer Visa Seminars, which will be held on September 8 and September 24 via Zoom, has been extended in accordance with the 2023 activity program of our Federation. All coaches must apply for both visa seminars via the e-devlet system by Thursday, September 7, 2023 at 21:00.

THE TWO VISA SEMINARS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL TRAINERS who will participate in Federation activities this season; otherwise, they won’t be able to take part in the activities.

For instance;

A trainer who has the 2nd Level Trainer Certificate, must apply separately for two seminars below on e-devlet.

All the trainers must pay the trainer visa fees up until 15 September, 2023 that are announced at the beginning of the season, otherwise, they won’t be able to take a part during the season even if they attend seminars and their visa procedures won’t be approved.

Seminar applications will only be accepted on e-Devlet, other applications won’t be accepted. (Only foreign trainers can attend seminars with the official cover letter written by their club. The deadline for clubs sends the official cover letters for foreign trainers has been extended to Thursday, 7 September 2023 at 21:00)

Steps to be followed for e-Devlet Registration:

Step 1: Enter the https://giris.turkiye.gov.tr

Step 2: Enter the ‘Spor Bilgi Sistemi’ (Sports Info System) App

Step 3: Enter the ‘Spor Elemanı’ (Sport Member) App

Step 4: Enter the ‘Seminer Başvuru’ (Seminar Recourse) App

Step 5: Select the relevant seminar and complete your recourse.
